Fourthly, make up your mind

There are two types of low blood sugar

in preparing your meals.
 
In addition, you must try to space your
meals, so that you eat smaller meals

than three hours without a small meal or
some snacks.
When you are eating complex or refined
carbohydrates, try to combine them with

plan and proper advice from the
physician.
