Lose Weight Successfully
For obese and generally overweight
people, losing weight is a very hard and
difficult period, and don't let anyone
tell you anything different.

There are a lot of weight loss
programs offered in gyms, in magazines and
books and on television nowadays but most
people, particularly those who are in need
of some weight loss help, in fact find
these all too tiresome and far too much
effort.
Most overweight people are very aware
of their problem, often embarrassed by it
and would not even consider a gym
class.
There are other ways to burn those
unwanted fats away without the need to go
to a gym.

Exercise - overweight people
like you and me all hate it, but to be
successful we have to change. We have to
change our mind-set and we have to change
our lifestyle. Yes, you can lose weight
without exercise, but I promise you the
weight will return ... and the second time
you try to lose the weight that has
returned will be twice as hard as the
first.
Exercise - it can be very
simple, not complex in any way. Start
slowly, start simply ... turn on some
music and stand with your feet apart and
just do some simple arm exercises: touch
the sky, touch your knees, reach to the
left and right. Do not push yourself - and
even just 10 minutes initially is enough.
You can increase the time gradually and
start to include leg movements also.
Later, when you are ready, include some
light on-the-spot jogging, several brisk
walks around the room. Enjoy the music -
enjoy the thought that with every little
bit of exercise a few more calories are
gone.
