Another important diet tip: try to use
non-saturated fats in your daily diet, and
only eat foods that are low on fat; use
Omega-3 fats when you are preparing your
meals. Include plenty of dietary fiber in
your meals, and at the same time be wary
of hidden fats and sodium in the tinned
and packaged foods that you buy.
Remember, just because you are on a
diet does not mean that you must not snack
occasionally. However, also remember that
you must choose from options such as
seeds, nuts, chopped fruits, lean meats,
chopped raw vegetables, and plain iced
water laced with the tang of lemon or
orange.

you, recommended by experts, ensuring you
eat less of those foods that create
weight.You can eat less, but more often,
that is, more number of times that you
usually would.
Before your have your meal (whether is
is a well balanced diet-conscious meal or
something like KFC), eat a bowl of plain
chopped vegetables (carrots, cucumber etc)
just before you start on your main meal,
every time, and this will naturally bring
down the size of your main meals that you
consume.
Try not to eat just before you go to
bed: schedule your meals so that you eat
at least three hours before you go to bed.

just before bed time, and in general, when
your teeth feel clean, you will not feel
like eating again.
 
Another diet tip is the use of gum;
whenever you feel the urge or craving to
eat, pop a piece of ugar free gum into
your mouth, and hey presto! your craving
disappears, at least for some time. Choose
sugar free gum. Another dieting tip: avoid
all sugared drinks and substitute them
with plain icec water or the diet
counterparts of the drinks that you are
used to having. This would make a great
difference in the effectiveness of your
diet plan. When you are out grocery
shopping, try to keep calories in mind,
and therefore, read the labels about
nutritional information carefully before
you buy the product. Most probably, you
will end up changing your shopping habits
when you do this.
